jigsaw puppet puzzles


This 10"x10" puzzle is packed in a wool felt envelope. The back of the envelope has a felt strip woven through, so that the sticks (to make the characters into puppets) can be packed away. The package includes a booklet with a contemporary version of Florence Holbrook’s folktale about how the Evergreen tree stays green all winter.

Limited edition*, hand-printed puppet puzzles are based on adapted fairytales and myths (the booklet with the story is included). Switch the heads and bodies to create new characters and new tales. Then animate the characters as puppets on sticks, free standing figures, or fridge magnets.
